@@zachnoetzel5028 It's funny you say that actually, I'm a fellow halo veteran and only have enough time to grind to get good for the first time since like 2007 as of this year cause I left my fulltime job to study music lol Put all my eggs in the halo infinite basket and turns out I spent 800 hours getting good at a dead game 🤦♂ You really gotta learn to just accept that there's gonna be bullshit occurring a lot to get good at this game and sometimes it feels like I'm knowingly putting myself through torture, but if I think back to h2/h3 days there was certainly a lot of network related screaming coming from my bedroom as a kid so it's kinda just come full circle tbh
@@4bidn1 hahah yeah I feel you on the network issues in the older games. But they didn't instantly make changes to the games that ended up making things worse. The gameplay was atleast consistent. And it felt like it was more manageable. Now they change movement and stuff all the time.. Making it harder to actually get good unless you have enough time to play for multiple hours every day. And in H3 it would take like 30 seconds to find a match, in inifinte it takes like 4 minutes to match the same people as the previous match lol. Now I prefer watching these vids and streams of events haha. Play vicariously

I've thought about recently.... I wonder what it must be like to be the best in the world at a game that is pretty much dead. To barely have even a couple new ranked maps over the entire game's lifespan has to lead to some some kind of burnout I've not noticed him speak on.
I was world no1 of a dead game for a while (when I was playing it was not dead but dying) but you kinda just don't care, I left the game after a while and you just forget it, but its weird if you think about it that you were the best in the world. Alhought not everyone in the world is playing it ahha
@@4bidn1 tap tap revenge mobile game it’s very much dead lol. 15 years ago I played that 😂. The only other times I played that was note worthy is being too 2000 in battle field 2142 and top 250 I would say in world of warships. Halo I am only D4-onyx still trying to reach mode onyx on MnK

Eh. Call outs don’t mean shit though if you’re still bad. You could know where an enemy is and still be out of position, miss ur shots ect.
