I prefer no bake cheesecakes. Especially on a hot day. If you tried to make it I would suggest making them in individual servings in cute glasses or small Mason jars. It's fluffy and creamy and my experience don't hold too well as one big cheesecake.

I'm that person that doesn't like to make the gramcracker crust and will constantly do other things instead, lol. I usually make a brownie crust or a cookie crust (I'll throw the leftover dough in the cheesecake). My favorite crust has to be snickerdoodle. The only thing I wish I had done was add apples to the top. I really miss baking. Our kitchen isn't really set up for baking and, since we rent and have a tiny kitchen, there's really nothing we can do about it right now. I also like to cover my imperfections with ganache. This video will just have to fill the void in my life for now.
