Uh oh! Someone opened the Necronomicon and the community guidelines demon possessed some of our Evil Dead reactions. We’re hoping we can resurrect them with a little help from our pettiest pumpkins! 🎃☕
OK, I think I've got my suggested viewing for Petty Pumpkins worked out. Demons (1985) Suspiria (1977) Phantasm (1979) Tenebrae (1982) Prince of Darkness (1987) The Thing (1982) Alien (1979) House (1985) Hellraiser (1987) Nightbreed (1990) The Return of the Living Dead (1985) Street Trash (1987) Bad Taste (1987) Tokyo Gore Police (2008) Tetsuo: The Iron Man (1989) Braindead/Dead Alive (1992) The Shining (1980) Re-Animator (1985) That's a few more than I usually propose, but I enjoy your reactions a lot.
Ash Williams should be credited for being the first Final Guy in horror films. He paved the way for other badass dudes like Tommy Jarvis from Friday the 13th (a franchise I hope you’ll start soon) and Andy Barclay from the Child’s Play franchise.
As far as Evil Dead timelines go, Ash dies at the end. But it's still the same cabin Mia and company use in Evil Dead 2013. The car Mia was sitting on was the one Scott was driving.
I’ve loved the Evil Dead since I was a little girl. I’ve been watching it my entire life. Bruce Campbell is so fantastic as Ash, especially in the Evil Dead 2. These movies are cult classics for a reason! A masterclass in camp.
The second Evil Dead is my favorite movie featuring Ash. The last two have been reboots. I haven't watched Evil Dead Rise yet. My absolute favorite of the franchise is the tv series Ash vs Evil Dead. There you get older, Daddy Ash. Guys aren't my bag, but even I can appreciate that!
Ash Vs Evil Dead is a whole bunch of fantastic gorey funny fun and the (then) new characters are great additions. :) I've rewatched all 3 seasons every October since they aired. :)
To answer your question: they achieved the first-person shots in the bog by basically attaching the camera to a 2-by-4 and pulling it! The amazing thing about this film is that so many of the effects were done on the cheap because Sam Raimi is a former stage magician
Such a great horror film. The cast and crew went through hell trying to make this movie. The conditions were miserable. But all that hard work paid off. And yes, Ash is definitely Daddy. 😍🔥
when i say i actually really didn’t like these movies until i got to the 3rd one. it was the tree scene that lost me for awhile 😂 now i’m obsessed with them all, ash is daddy and my fav final boy of all time !
This was when 5hey were trying hard to be scary. The next movie is more camp and funny then they leaned into the camp. I love your reactions and editing.
Would love to see you both react to the sequels Evil Dead 2 is kinda quirkier and Army of Darkness is a very special movie which I think you both would love. Ash is pretty handsome in Army of Darkness it's hard to ignore. If you want to mix it up with Horror movies maybe check out the Alien movies with Sigourney Weaver who is ICONIC as Ripley it truly made her a superstar and was such a feminist role at the time. Or maybe you should check out Silence of the Lambs with Jodie Foster and Anthony Hopkins if your feeling a bit thrillerish but in it for the scares.

OMG this reaction is a MUST WATCH! I Was confused for a second, thinking I had already watched this reaction from y’all 😂

I used to be a manager for Blockbuster back in the early 90s, and this was the horror movie I always recommended. Classic.
As far as Evil Dead timelines go, Ash dies at the end. But it's still the same cabin Mia and company use in Evil Dead 2013. The car Mia was sitting on was the one Scott was driving.
Ash??? More like SMASH!

11:51 omg Chey face is killing me 😂 “can you f*cking die already!?”
If you think Ash is hot now, just you wait for the sequels. 😄
Movies like this were made in a different era.. one that neither of one ever experienced.
gotta do all of them now!!
My fave part of this video "It looks like a haunted Pop Tart" 🤣🤣🤣
Y’all are fabulous! “Twig Trauma” 😂😂😂😂😂

Am i confused or have we dine this before .
I can distinctly remember the Twig trauma 😂
Me too lol that's when I paused and I saw the video description implying the video got taken down and they had to re-upload it.
@@rivertam00 I didn't read the description until after i commented 😅
Also important to remember that the cast in front of and behind the camera were all 20 years old when they made this.
@8:16 : her twig trauma = I howled loll

Evil Dead 2 is amazing and Army of Darkness rules! ❤
I'm guessing mumm-ra was the one whom attacked ash at the end lol
