The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public's assistance in identifying two persons of interest in reference to a Misdemeanor Sexual Abuse incident which occurred in the 2600 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE, on Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at approximately 5:47 PM. The subjects were captured by a nearby surveillance camera.

What is amazing to me about this is that it is being pursued as a sexual assault rather than a traffic violation. The results of their behaviour could have been so much worse than a pat on the arse.
