PINEAPPLE SURPRISE cocktail

Tasty fresh pineapple with a medley of rum overtones. From Don the Beachcomber. Comes in at 22% ABV.
MIXING NOTES: Increased the Appleton to 1½ from 1¼ to improve rum flavor and ABV. Increased lime to ¾ from ½ to cut sweetness (using my regional limes). Hamilton 151 can be used (I prefer its flavor). More than 3 chunks of fresh pineapple buries the rums. USE A GREEN SIDED FRESH PINEAPPLE for coring, and don't core too deep ot it will leak!

1½ Appleton Special Gold rum (Jamaica 80 proof)
½ Lemon Hart 151 (Guyana 151 proof)
¼ Southern Comfort (KY 70 proof)
¼ Combier Liqueur d'orange (France 80 proof)
2 fresh pressed organic pineapple juice
¾ Persian lime juice (fresh)
1tsp caster sugar
3 one inch chunks fresh pineapple
Ninja smoothie blend no ice until pineapple is smooth, pour all into hollowed-out fresh pineapple filled with cracked ice, straw
