I want give you some suggestions and please follow those, and after following those suggestions I will guarantee that ash and Fiona and blacky all will stop attacking other animals :-
1. Just take your huskies to doctor and take advice from him that which trainer is best in your area. The trainer will give training to not attack your birds and be obedient.
2. Increase Blacky's diet as she has kids so she need more diet that why she is attacking other animals. Just increase little bit of Blacky's diet.
3. Gather information about all your animals.
And feel free to ask for advice to your audience.
