For 12 v car battery you will be requiring 27 amp current. Can the car battery offer that much current supply? A normal car battery is 30 Ah-40 Ah. This heavy current might drain the battery plates too quickly.

Approximate values will work, not critical values. IGBTs with a value close to 40-60 will do the job.

А зачем? Обычная спираль быстрее нагреет....
Можно запустить схему на 12 вольт, она нагреет воду только за 6 минут, а не за 2.
