I'm from Kalpa near by Spiti, yo get a good cap and something to cover ur ears otherwise u will fall sick...i know u find it cold but truth is this one of the warmer December we had in few years... which is not good we need snowfall.
No chance so far atleast till mid of Jan, tbh this entire year weather for Himachal has been bad...the pre monsoon non stop rain destroyed everything,n ow no snowfall which is bad for our sources of water and apple's and whatever we grow... let's hope we get something in Jan and feb...but not for couple of weeks.
