150 miles in the Brooks Ghost Max (unsponsored review)

My first shoe review video, this one is of the Brooks Ghost Max shoes that came out this year! All in all I’m a fan of these shoes for easy miles, probably wouldn’t use them for marathon training. But they are cute!

What are examples of 500-700 mile shoes?

Shoes that are sturdier in the sole, less focus on lightweight foam more focus on structure. Like the ASICS gel keyano. Way heavier but lasts longer. Not sure it’s worth the trade off though.
