BINAKI/ PINTOS/BIYAKI ( Steam Sweet Corn Cake in Husks)
5 pcs Fresh Sweet Corn 🌽 ( grated and pureed)
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 1/2 cups Cornmeal
1 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 Cup Butter 🧈
1/2 Cup Cornstarch
1/4 tsp Kosher salt 🧂
1/2 tbsp Vanilla Extract
-Mix the pureed sweet corn, evaporated milk , sugar, cornstarch
Cook and add salt , butter
cook until thick for easy wrapping
FOR SWEET CORN HUSKS
Boil for 2 mins to become pliable when wrapping
Scoop 1/4 cup and wrap
steam for 45 mins
