- Hello Everyone and welcome back! In today’s video we are making some fried yam. In the process of making the yam I added some turmeric powder to the yam to enhance the color of the yam. This crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. It is absolutely delicious paired with some hot pepper sauce and some fish.
