Those bumps could be bug bites maybe? Sometimes the scars from the bite make it past quality control and into the wallet leather.

the cards don't go in because you are pushing the strap cockeyed back in and it catches. I don't think that's a stitching issue, it's unavoidable unless the strap was wider which would look dumb. The leather looks kind of cheap/too plastic-like. Did you look at andar wallets?
