Yeah given the poor reception from Hoyo fans in the previous tests due to the main mode of gameplay I feel like this game has a high potential to be a swing and a miss.

@@t3chfx13 For the most part, there is no dissatisfaction with the game. The whole problem is with Tectone and Mtashed - these two guys and their audience create the appearance that people hate Zenless. In fact, there are problems and solutions to these problems... That's what beta tests are for. If the stupid bald guy hadn't been whining all over the Internet, then we wouldn't have heard so much about the "failure" of the game.
Bro that's actually a really good idea. Though in a sense, Euos does that (the default bangboo. Can be modified to heal up to 15% hp everytime a battle starts)

im so fucking sick of the rogue-like put into games, like there are other game modes out there. It's in genshin, hsr, pnc, nikke, gfl, ak, wuwa etc. it is what it is tho.. they somewhat did something more for it in hsr with simulated, but its sitll the same by the end of the day.
I suggest you still give the game a chance! Maybe having a blank slate in mind helps. Like have no expectations or what and try to think of the game as it is and not compare it to others in your head. If you really don't like it after, then idk, understandable have a nice day, I guess

I believe zzz has always been aimed to be like roguelike so it's not for you if you don't like the aspect, sadly.
if it focuses on it, then it really isnt for me, but i was interested in the combat and gameplay it had. Guess we'll see when it launches.
