Thanks Donna, you gave me ideas of areas I'm not taking photos and I should be to capture my cats full personalities. Our babies are true family members. Great job!
Wonderful video topic and tips, Donna. I have saved it to review again before doing pages about Mitty, our tuxedo cat. He died in April after being with our family of 6 since 2008. Loved your ideas and tips like including records from the vet. I am also going to include a stamp of his actual paw prints (done and saved in an acid, free, safe way of course!) Enjoyed seeing your SB pages and ideas. Thanks for this! ~Ali (Nova Scotia, Canada) 🇨🇦
Thank you so much, Ali! I am so thrilled it was helpful and inspirational. I'm so sorry about the loss of your Mitty. I think Tuxedo Cats are adorable! I know that creating an album of him will help with the grieving process. ❤
@@TheLazyScrapbooker Those Tuxedo Cats are so fun and smart!! They have the best personalities. ;) Thanks for the sweet words. Mitty had a good life (was a rescue as a baby, with QUITE a back-story!) He was born at the barn where we boarded our horse and where our daughter rode, so she knew him almost since 'day one'! Lots of stories to tell as he lost his Mom to a falcon (!!) early on and thus had a rough start. We already have a few pages sprinkled here and there about Mitty in our family's albums, but there are many stories left to tell. Have to get that done! Thanx for the inspiration!! Have a great week. :) ~A
Thank you so much, Keyte! I know you'll include lots of outdoor fun photos for your sweet doggie as well - those are great! Thanks for watching and I'm so glad it was helpful.
Thank you so very much for this video. I only had 3 short years with my perfect little catson, Fluff Daddy. Although I've lost my amazing mother, my incredibly remarkable great-grandmother & have struggled with a serious chronic illness since birth, I've never been so devasted by loss before. I've been blessed with being able to see the silver lining in every situation, but I can't find God's blessing in this situation. I got a coupon for a free photobook from Shutterfly, months ago, but the thought of making a memorial book for him & closing that chapter of my life has been overwhelming. Somehow creating a digital photobook just doesn't seem good enough for him. I've never made any photo album of any kind, so I your video is very helpful.
Thank you for sharing your story. I am so very sorry for your loss. I am happy the video was helpful. Personally, I found creating the scrapbook on both of the cats I have lost was extremely therapeutic for me. It's a great way to honor them and keep their memory alive. And I agree... Fluff Daddy (by the way, AMAZING name - I love it!) deserves the best scrapbook. I hope you will be able to create something to honor him and the all too short three years you had, and that will provide you with loads of comfort. Thank you for watching and sharing. I wish you all the very best. - Donna
@@TheLazyScrapbooker Thank you, I'm sure it will be. Going through my grandmother's huge collection of photos albums & copying my favorites after my mother's death was very therapeutic. I think I'll create a scrapbook for my mother & great-grandmother too. I framed my favorites, photos most are in an envelope. It will be nice to share them over the holidays.

Very helpful since I need to do this!!
I'm so glad! It's a fun one to make! I've got more pages to do myself!
Thanks for the great tips! I never would've thought to include some vet records. Love it! Adorable kitties! :)
Thank you for watching! I only included her health info... I threw all of the receipts away. :) $$
