Today I share Mini sponge cake recipe | 12 cm sponge cake recipe | small sponge cake |easy sponge cake . Taste good soft n juicy. In this recipe we use simple available in kitchen ingredients. Use this cake to decorate with anything like fondant glaze or with buttercream. for this small cute cake we need.
Ingredients ⬇️
Eggs 3
Sugar 85 g
Flour 95 g
Butter 30 g or 2 tbsp
Milk 30 g
Vanilla drops 2-3
Pinch of salt
Bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes or check with skewer when clear it’s done.
