I turned on the radio to hear, " She listens to Mozart while she does Tae Bo." Drops of Jupiter. I am 45 so I remember the Tae Bo craze. I was hoping to find your old videos. But here you are! Still killing it! Am I strong enough for this? Absolutely! God brought me here. Let's see what He and Billy will do 🥰

Loved this workout! So good to see the lady in the front in the hat who was in your old workouts, it was great to workout with her in a video again, absolutely loveeeee taebo get ripped series (it’s my all time fav) and this reminded me of those and their high energy!

I did Tae Bo workouts on VHS when I was in high school lol, then life took over. I did other random exercises all of these years until I crossed paths with a Tae Bo video the other day. Here I am at 39 working out with Billy Blanks again, wondering wtf have I been doing all these years. BILLY, YOU'RE THE BESt!!!!!!

Billy!!!! Another one great! My first time back doing Tae Bo since November after I hurt my back and hip. Doctor said no more jumping, jumping jacks, or high kicking so I modified some movements but I still got a great workout in. I love when you use the 90’s music mix. All my songs are in this one! 🙌🏽💪🏽👊🏾🎉

His dvd were my saving grace long ago until they were stolen. Thank you for your UA-cam's a life saver. 2023! Body fat back down to normal.
