There are many beautiful interpretations of this wonderful Sonata by Scarlatti... However I cannot understand what is the secret in your performance that keeps me listening to YOUR play over and over again... I feel You add something uniquely yours that makes it MAGIC!
I'm going to start learning this piece, so it's super handy to see how you've played it. I'm only between Grade 5 and 6 and taking a bit of a break just enjoying playing some lovely pieces. Love the flow and fluency in the way you play it. Thank you!
Well, I agree this video is "great", but certainly NOT because it has 10,800 views! For example, Justin Biber has sold over 19 million albums, yet I listen to him and can only take about 2 seconds before I desperately end it's ugly and disgusting sounds! All the things my great music teachers told me NOT TO DO! Poor diction, cuts off phrases (no phrasing), no breath control, and worst of all sings threw his ugly nose - whatever happened to "singing from your diaphragm"! But I must not forget how I hate the pounding drums most of all! When did music become pounding ugliness! How sad! How so many people can consider what he does valuable and make him rich, is just beyond me! In my opinion, those 19 million would do so much better listening to Dario!
you all should forget to listen with your mind, but only with your soul. the message is there regardless of the right or wrong baroque instrument. the magic is there....for anybody open to it.
Saluti. Dario
Thanks for your request, I'm studying other piano pieces to record but to get a good level of performance I usually need more time. Subscribe to my UA-cam channel and you will be notified immediately. Thank you very much. Regards
Thank you. I will try to study that piece. However, if you are interested, another Bach composition is available on my channel: the three part invention n. 2. Greetings
Such a cool video! Honestly, I would like to repost all your videos on Ganjing World platform. Your videos and channel name will be kept the same. Hope to hear from you. Thanks, dear!
@MontagTheMagician You are entitled to hold a wrong opinion. I've never heard baroque music played on a kazoo. But if it were beautiful music, I'd appreciate hearing the performance, and not criticize the talented musician. So many of the period instrumentalists are 2nd rate musicians.
@@pepperco100 well, one I didn't crtitisize the player. And two so many of the Steinway jockies are boring and just repeating what they've heard a million times. Sometimes ones' mistakes are more interesting than you're technical proficiency.
@MontagTheMagician Pardon me, but your comment stated that THIS performance sounded ridiculous. I'm old enough to recall the fans of mono decrying stereo, and the analogue enthusiasts hatred of digital. The debate about which instruments are best for baroque music have been exhaustive. I'm not going to flog a dead horse.
Absolutely stunning! I couldn't stop watching. My favorite recording of this piece by far.
Thank you very much!
One of my favourites
Thanks for watching!
Dario
The morning starts with you and these unforgettable tunes... Thank you for making my day ❤️
Dear Armine, thanks to you for making my day happier!
Everyone's morning should start with this...
This is amazing! Such flawless articulation and harmony. The arpeggios and other hand movements are so smooth!
I see you're a connoisseur! Thank you very much. Cheers
Martha Argerich is smiling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hear a splattered note at 1:36, otherwise clean. The articulation is Dominic's. The harmony is Scarlatti's.

Thanks again for your opinion about me! I think the answer is easy: you have to love music and play by soul.

Up to this day did I think perfection couldn't exist... Wonderful playing master!
C'est magnifique Dario, bravo !
Merci beaucoup!
A video has to be great if it has 10.800 views and no dislikes.
And so is this one. Great job!
So many thanks!!

You're a good pianist! 👍
You are very musical and talented👏
Thank you so much!
Wow!
Grazie!
Played with ease.
I think this video is the reason why I associate Scarlatti's name with ridiculously fluffy and light fast pieces xD
Fine👍👍👍👍👍
lovely performance! any plan of new uploads?
Certainly yes, but it will still take some time. Subscribe to the channel and you will receive notifications of my new concert videos!

Can you play moonlight sonata?
Yes of course, do you like it?
Dario Ronchi 3rd movement is the best!
I would really enjoy it if you could play rage over a lost penny. I you would like to. Or something bach i really enjoy you style.
Thank you. I will try to study that piece. However, if you are interested, another Bach composition is available on my channel: the three part invention n. 2.

Complimenti
Grazie!!
It should be great feeling to play Steinway
of course! 👍

No you can't. Thanks a lot for compliments
Very talented player. But baroque music sounds absolutely ridiculous on the grand piano. Might as well be playing it on the kazoo.

Too fast
Si, y suena bien así.
