@GGrips jr I wouldn't be able to speak on behalf of this game community as I played only for a short while with limited patience however in my opinion YES IT IS EXACTLY LIKE THAT... there is a mini short animation from the game but each episode is like 5 minutes with minimal to no story line or character development and is more or less used as a character introduction and their personalities into the game itself. Personally I only like onmyoji for its Music Videos and their character introduction videos.
@GGrips jr Gotta be honest with you, even though I absolutely love the game, if you're not a huge fan of lore/cutscenes and wouldn't stick around for that, then I have a hard time recommending it to you. It's a turn-based gacha game, so if you're not into that this game isn't for you. Graphics? It's hard to say. The background/environment is decent. There are many models that look quite outdated, but some of the most recent ones look really good and the old ones are getting updates. RNG? Huge disappointment tbh. You can actually go 100+ rolls without a SP/SSR. I know because I've done 500+ and only have 2 SSR (one which I would have even gotten if events didn't exist) and 1 SP.
Too bad the game isn’t exactly to everyone’s taste, but to the eye of a commoner a masterpiece would be just like a piece of worthless trash xD. That has always been the case. Poor little things…
