Thanks for this guide. I had no idea that this was possible. I merged my bessie with 3 silent nights. The damage in UNBELIEVABLE. The bessie i have found is almost perfect. Its level 66, 1737 base damage, 141% damage bonus and the usual 500% critical hit damage. Merged with 3 silent nights, my bessie does a whopping 2900% critical bonus and that is without skill points and class mods. (Mordecai)

Nothing against you personally or your video but a re-edit or re-narrating the video would have helped it's quality so very much. As it is, well it just comes across as meandering and somewhat confusing at points as you diverge down other tangents while you speak. Fact is though that the information you give is solid and good, just would have been much improved by cutting away the unnecessary parts and making it more concise and to the point. No hate or criticism, just an observation and some well meaning advice 👍
Through my testing, it does if you switch once, however if you keep swapping weapons it will break. You can try to swap out a weapon and it should work but you do have to reset it once you save quit. For PC it's easy but for console you have to find a vendor
Kicking a dead horse here but swapping weapons doesn't break it if you unequip the weapon that you have merged it'll break. Usually only merge 2 weapons one 800% crit and 1 for regen and I'm set
@@Fierce_Chimera Thanks for the answer :D ive just tried it again with locking everything (includung the med kits) but it just swaps the weapon on the ground with the one im currently holding, even though my inv is full and everythings locked idk might be doing something wrong here ^^'
I have a question not related to this but related to borderland. When i farm weapons in Tartarus Station my weapons doesnt show the insane amount of money it only shows 5000 or 7000 where in when i searched for farming videos here on youtube, theres show insane amount of price of the guns. do you got any idea what might be the reason ? i am level 69 and in the video also they are at level 69. Thank YOu
For selling reasons? Cause then I assume the weapon is worth a high amount but you sell for a lower amount. If that's the case then I've no idea why it does that
You’re confusing second hand weapons for new ones. Selling is at second hand prices, so their value is a fraction of their purchase price, as shown in the vending machine.
bro not only can you weapon merge, but you can also transfer the melee bonus damage to brick's berserk. LMFAO. I just melted rakk hive with his fists 😭
@orest395 I never recorded this but... get 3 other Roland's on, all with max ammo regen, and 1 has the Chopper w/ gun damage. You won't be disappointed.

3:50 If the fire rate is .5 then you have to halve the total value (damage x multiplier). Damage x multiplier x fire rate.

Does the weapon merge continue to affect the gun if you swap weapons? Can you unequip the snipers? Does it just remain until you save and quit?

Is it patched or why does my weapon not dissappear :( it Just picks Up the one in the Floor even though everything is locked
It's important to know that your backpack is full, it isn't patched but it's important to know everything is locked and a full backpack

does the merging work for things like melee damage, reload speed and fire rate? or is it just ammo regen and crit damage?
Through my testing only Crit damage, ammo regen, and melee damage are the only ones that work.
Does this glitch work on the original borderlands 1?
It does not, the locking mechanic does not exist in the original game

I've only tried 3. There might be a way to do more but I don't think it'll work
