Really amazing teaching. A very beginner friendly video. Cheers from India. Great sense of teaching, and a really good fast pace which makes it efficient in time.

I attended an NEC3 training course earlier this year, from which I learned almost nothing. After watching a few of these bite-sized videos I've realised that, actually, this is what I needed... and it's free 🤦🏾‍♂️ Great work! I look forward to seeing more of your content.

Glad to hear you found it useful! Are you currently working under an NEC agreement?

Hi PKMSL, Option B is lump sum re-measurable contract which utilises a Bills of Quantities.

Hi PKMSL, the contractual documents required under Option B will be almost the same as any other NEC option. The only difference is that the work will be procured using an agreed Bill of Quantities. What you won’t be using under Option B is the following:
      - Activity Schedule (Option A & C)
      - Target Cost with PainGain Mechanism (Option C & D)
      - Defined Cost Quotations/ Applications (Option C,D & E)
