Minerals have always been my first love as far as making jewellery for myself, the weight and feel of stone beads resonate with my being. Thank you for this Better Beader video, VERY COOL to cover this ancient subject. ♥️

I love the videos, in fact I took the day to do go thru all the videos but in this one there was a part that I could see you talking but no sound. I also had a hard time reading the chart. It looks like it would be interesting to see.
Thanks again for all the helpful info.

Interesting topic. I have always loved natural stones. A link to the chakra chart would have been nice. It was hard to read on the screen. Thanks for all your hard work in helping us learn more about many different aspects of jewelry making.

Hi want to know if you carry a thick wire guard that will hold 2 or 3 wires in it?

Hi Allie, quick tip. What would you use for string, because stones can be heavy. My bracelet just broke and i lost all my chakra stones. and i had in stringing wire, and crimp tubes and covers, etc. thank you. Ana

The bead stringing wire is strong, but the crimps often give way under the weight. Did you have your wires crossed over inside the crimp or parallel? Did you used crimping pliers? Whilst crimping is a popular technique, it doesn't take much for it to go wrong when there's a lot of weight pulling on the crimp. You could try a double strand of Wildfire or Fireline and knot it tightly, pulling the knot inside a bead. Pass the tail thread through several beads before burning/trimming it off.

I'm not into any New Age philosophy. But I love the Creator who made the stones. I wished you had centered this around Him. 🙁

      This was about Beading!
Why do you have to make it about a divisive subject.
PLEASE keep your personal beliefs to yourself!

Claire bacchi considering that this was about Chakra how would you go about it? These are ancient beliefs from between 1500 and 500 BC. You certainly have a right to your beliefs and opinion but so does everyone else. Diversity is good, it expands our world. Your negativity could benefit from some exposure to several of these minerals, try some apatite, pyrite and hematite.

I understand that Chakra is a ancient belief. Why did you have to mention Chakra when you could of talked about the beautiful gemstones? There seems to be a double standard here.

    • @damonturnbull5903

Claire bacchi, It's about beading, selling your beads. It's called business. Understanding a market. "Better Beader."
You have now gone from wanting to talk about the "creator" to wanting to talk about the stones, because someone has called your double standards out. Allie was talking about the stones!
Allie was giving you an option on sales. How to build a business.
You don't know if Allie believes in a creator. You have taken it on as an offence to ur belief. That's you issue.
Now you could have gone and done some research on the breastplate of Aaron with the twelve stones of the twelve tribes of Judah and conducted you business that way.
But no you had to give us a lesson on religion and your beliefs which no one asked for. You came to this channel to learn about beading.
So, now, lets us leave it there!
