Looks like a bug of some sort. The dead silence was shown as active until I actually used it at the 10 minute mark in the video, although my steps were not silent until that point.

What advantage do you feel when using a tac laser on a sniper ? Honest question not trying to be rude 🤙🏻
It greatly improves ADS speed and since you have sniper glint the disadvantage of the laser being visible is rarely, if ever, an issue.
