Jericho is the oldest city on Earth and it dates back 10,000 years ago and it is the lowest city on Earth it's 1300 feet below the sea level.
Jericho was the first city that the Israelites captured as they came back from exile in Egypt through their leader Joshua.
Bethlehem is where Jesus Christ was born.
Both cities currently are in West Bank.

What a chocking contrast between the Israeli side and the Palestinian. On israel, the towns are well planed and kept clean and beautiful. On the palestinian, the towns have wild construction, no planing, trash on the roads and everywhere, like they don't love the place or have pride about their hometown. Hello Veronica. Well that was a long ride through the PA controlled territory. I have to say, that with the billions of $$$ going to the PA (Palestinian Authority) and yet they can't seem to get any of it past their leaders. Notice the roads, the garbage, the unfinished buildings? This is not on Israel. This area is completely controlled by the PA, Abbas. You had a nice ride, but there are other ways to do it! Bethlehem from Jerusalem is much quicker. Jericho is a real hole in the ground now. It used to be a nice quaint village with the Ruins as the main attraction. This was in the 70s. Now it doesn't look the same. Also Veronica did you notice the large red sign telling Israelis that their lives may (will) be in danger if they keep going?
