I used to sneak around and listened and one day he noticed me and it was over from there. When I was that young it was probably the base or the sound 2Pac, Bone Thugs & Master P and ALOT of others. I love listening to old and new stuff and I’m nostalgic as F so I be bopping around listening to all kinds of different artists all over their career. When I got older though I realized I followed the flow in fact I think that’s what I liked most about Bone Thugs they all have such a different sound but somehow they came together on songs in a magical way that I could never explain. Pain changed the game with autotunes everything about it matters the older I get and just everything that ties a song together. Savage in particular is RAW. I pay more attention to the words the older I get and personal I feel like there’s so much shit that people miss. It took me an embarrassingly long time to realize Eminem song “Bad guy” was actually the part 2 of Stan. Some people’s word play gets slept on cause most people care more about the beat which is fine but there missing out. I just feel like rap as a whole has so many sub genre and shit like that so many different vibes and I want to learn about all of them. I can hear it and understand it but musically I have no talent at all. I hope this all makes sense I lost my thoughts a bit in the middle cause my kid needed help with something and I was gone for a minute.
