I may have missed it in this video but I think this may be important too some potential new residents to this area. There is also an Excellent public bus system ( they are called trams) that takes guests, workers visitors and residents who choose not to drive to the beaches. You can catch these trams (free, no charge) in downtown clearwater and they take you up and down the entire Pinellas County beachs. These trams are linked to regular Pinellas County bus services (PSTA). I thought you're viewers may benefit from this knowledge because its an alternative to driving to the beaches. I live in clearwater and have taken these lovely red trams that are designed for tourists in mind, they are clean, and fun to ride on and you can travel the entire length of all the beaches and not cost you a dime. Get off anywhere you like. This is an important piece of information if you want to visit and not rent a car because the parking and traffic can be a lot to deal with. The trams give you a stress free way to get there and back.
Thank you so much for adding that piece..YES, it's very important to know b/c traffic and parking is atrocious, especially during season. LOVE that they are free :) thank you again for watching and adding to this, it's hard to remember EVERYTHING to tell people LOL THANKS AGAIN!
@@TampaLivingwithEm you're very welcome. I think it was because you talk of the problems of traffic that it kicked in about these tram services. Of course most tourists don't know about them, they ARE very convenient and run like every 15 minutes or so they were designed specifically FOR tourists ease to the entire beach ⛱ of Pinellas County. A shame that many only carry a handful of passengers. I love riding them and hey folks, these are COMPLETELY different than the normal County busses. These are DESIGNED for friendly tourists travel.
Hi Emily Really like this video, ie except the music. Just want to listen to what you are saying. . I am thinking we should spend some time looking in these interior areas with you. Maybe a week or more getting to know the area. Do you have any short term recommendations for large dog friendly places ? Also wondering what are the best dates to avoid the rainy season. We know no one can predict the weather. Thanks
Hi Pete, lets jump on a Google Meet call and go over all of this. I know I can help you, GREAT quesitons! : calendly.com/tpaliving813/30-minute-discovery-call-with-emily
Great video. I’m looking to move to Clearwater from Atlanta soon…how much do you think one should earn MINIMUM to live well while renting in Clearwater ?
I'm not so sure that would be the best place. However they have a ton of things to do as well as breweries and such. If you are looking for you nightlife and such, stick to DT or Seminole Heights or Channel District- hope that helps :)
I would always check greatschools.org or niche.com. And we have great charter schools. From what I hear the schools in Pinellas Co are pretty good....But do your research!
The background music is awful! Also, when you're showing neighborhoods on the map, you're taking the mouse around & around in circles so fast it makes me dizzy. Watch it again yourself & you'll see what I mean. Good information. But music & circling need tweaked!
Thanks for the feedback Valerie...I am just a realtor doing my best on here. I will try to slow down. And I told my editor to turn the music DOWN but I will remind him. Thanks again :)
@@TampaLivingwithEm I re-read what I wrote to you, and I was not very kind. I'm very sorry! I should've taken some time before I wrote. I wish you much success in your very important job as a realtor. I pray you have many clients & successful ventures.

GREAT VIDEO VERY HELPFUL!
Great video. I’m looking to move to Clearwater from Atlanta soon…how much do you think one should earn MINIMUM to live well while renting in Clearwater ?
THe median household income for that area is about $55K a year, thats pretty average no adays!!!
The median income of pinellas county is about 81k. I wouldn't recommend trying to rent making less
Hi, great video. How is the condo market close to the beach? Thanks
It's good.. are you looking? Let me know. I can always answer your questions privately.👍
Does it get very humid there? Thanks
Yep! Humidity is hard to escape in Florida in general LOL
Is north Clearwater mainland, like close to Dunedin a good area to start off fresh after graduating college??

Clearwater used to be besutiful. #CLOSED
How are the school districts?

The music is distracting
Working on changing that👍
You're good without the background music. Too intense.
Thank you for the feedback. I will work with my editor on that!
