Are those SWT''s that hard to turn?
I have a 20" Epedition and I found if I lock the articulating track in the up position it turns much better.

That’s what you have the SWT go first! Trying to balance a SWT on a narrow track is a pain!

I live way off grid in Rocky Mountains need reliability and trail capability but also to get around unpacked slopes as all my property is mountainside mostly. Hard to tell how steep you’re able to go off trail. Speeds not important but too old to get stuck a lot
The vertatility of de swt900 turbo is magic but à bit more weight than a 900ace
I have an older wide track skandic and made it up 30-40 deg slopes before np I’m sure the newer models would be better

The tall windshield actually curves at the top and is difficult to see the ground in front of you, it's distorted. Not sure about the mid size but lots of guys use a short for trail.
Way too heavy these snowmobiles.
