Brother can you tell me, Shiraz and cabernet sauvignon, Resberatrol is sufficient in which Red wine .
All the wines have resveratrol but red wines have more resveratrol content than whites, so you could go with the red wines if your want comparatively more resveratrol content. Also, if you want to skip alcohol and still want resveratrol you may consider merely eating red grapes. As simple as that.

1) Rasa Syrah by Sula
2) Dindori reserve Shiraz by Sula
3) Grover zampa chene grand reserve.

hi bro, unfortunately you might not find any wine in your budget as per your specifications. But you can definitely get a wine with low level of alcohol, Usually white wines comparatively have less alcohol than red wines.

@@Aasshhiiqq Moscato is a white grape varietal from which sweet wines are produced. Sula also produces a Moscato if you can find one or else go to a premium liquor store and ask for Moscato. You may also visit L1 shops in Gurgaon if that's accessible to you.

It's preferred that anyone who starts having wine should go for a sparkling wine, white wine or dessert wine.
Coming to your questions of wine and health...
Mostly reds if taken in small portion regularly is said to be good for skin and heart.. but not any red... Good quality red wine which may cost you around ₹1500/- and above...(not necessarily expensive is better but in most cases it is)
In short... Any wine that you like is good for you.
