I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned or discussed this, but my headcannon, or what I believe was the purpose for him killing him even though he was ready to commit suicide, was to prevent him from committing another sin before he died; it was like a final act of compassion.
The drama is very realistic.Someone like eui jong will never choose and fall back for gi cheol despite the history they had.She is matured enough to understand what she’s doing coz she’s practically dealing with a criminal in her capacity as police officer.Gi cheol is trapped in his own fantasy & blinded by love that he hardly sees what’s beyond her gesture and words.Jun mo and eui jong hardly made it through their marriage-a heavy price they paid for the sake of recognition.Such a tragic story involving every main character.A wonderfully made drama 👏🏻
Wi Ha Joon always slayeed different character.when i start this kdrama i hooked up whwn that fisrt walking scene start, i am like how this man is so fucking hott and fine at the same time ,i just loved his performance in every drama he played ,such a versatile,brilliant actor ,he can have such a strong chemistry with any female co-actor ,loved him so much in little women too.. Best actor ever for me in kdrama hisory even in bad and crazy he slayed there too💫✊😍😍💗😽😽💚💚💝

Ji chang wook did the same. He took justice in his own hands and let bibi go while wanted to punish gi cheol. He also made out with bibi and was romantic towards her. Rather the wife was the one that cared so much for him that she joined the investigation to make sure junmo would be okay. Its okay to love adore ji chang wook but he is not the character, and his character is the eorst of evil
She wasn’t in love with him, she just felt guilty that he ended up that way, he was not the same person, and stopping wouldn’t change him. He puts her in danger, never once asked her opinion about the decisions he was making . She jeopardized the investigation and put her husbands life at risk. Whereas her husband knew what his was, and as working so hard to wind up the deal and investigation. She new he was being destroyed emotionally and psychologically, but chose to try to help this murderous narcissist just because he was a childhood sweetheart.
Con todas estas escenas no entiendo que pretendía ella era salvar a su esposo de la muerte o recibir un ascenso o definitivamente quería que el gánster cambiará todavía no logro entender ya que ella queda sola sin ninguno de los dos

Bad wife... while talking in the car while looking at the wedding ring on her husband's finger: "Do you think we can go back to the way it was before?" and when she cried for the criminal who died in front of her husband, hm..disgusting.. Ji Chang Wook was cool... especially when he accepted the award without accepting a handshake & he left his wife on stage and at Jung Ki Chul's grave, he took off his wedding ring & cigarette, A REAL MAN LET GO OF WHAT HAS TO LET GO.
