After uninstalling the Snipping Tool app Windows 10 asked to restart, after restart, the app was deleted (as you showed in the video) but pressing shift+win+s snipping tool is there again. We come to the conclusion that the application was not even deleted. How is that possible?
Snipping tool is not listed as installed - but it IS installed and driving me nuts. I have switched the toggle off for using SNipping tool but it persists. Grrrr.
