I think the quality of your work and thought process is excellent. People like you are few and far in between. If I had a person like you in my circle it would be a blessing to me. I’m looking forward to seeing the end results of your van. I’m glad I found your channel and I have subscribed to it. IMO you’re amazing!❤️
This comment means so much! I am so glad you found my channel and have found the videos helpful. Thank you for the kind words - it is comments like this that continues to motivate me and know my time recording and editing is helping others. Thanks for being here❤️
I'm glad to see you posting videos again, and that you're continuing your van build. I enjoy your "tutorials", and you've given me a few ideas for my own project. You have been missed!
OMG ! I binge watched all of your videos to date and was left hanging :) I was worried something was going on but now my mind is at ease. Great to see that you are still making more videos so I can't wait to see the rest of the van build. Keep it up.
Glad to see you back and thanks for the update. Looking forward to the ceiling video, especially how you finish both front and back ends. Keep the videos coming!
Lauren, my son is off to college and his dorm room will be a Ram ProMaster 3500 that we are converting. There aren't dorms where he is going and housing is not only really hard to find but crazy expensive. Van life at this stage of his journey is a dream and passion and I wanted to share that finding your channel and really well done videos with step-by-step allowed us to feel confident that we could convert ourselves. So far so good as we continue to use your videos to assist and guide us. Wanted to say thanks.
Congrats to your son! If I knew about van life when I was going to college I would have definitely done the same thing - I’m so excited for him to have a van as his dorm. Thank you for the kind words about my channel - y’all got this!
I was just wondering the other day where you were all summer and just like that... here you are. 🤩 Glad to see you're back posting again and seeing the step-by-step construction is back in full swing. 😍 Glad you've had a fun summer. I can see the progress on the build looks great as you're getting closer to completion.😊
Hahaha I’m back! I had a great summer and have A LOT of videos to get working on. I appreciate you sticking around and hope you had a great summer too🥰🙌🏼
I have watched most of the videos of your build. I find them to be detailed informative and incredibly well made. I have learnt a lot from you, and have some ideas for my build. So thank you. 💯💯
Lauren, When you need to disconnect the battery to service, install new connections or replace equipment in the van, you need to only release the quick release handle and lift the negative assembly from the battery terminal. This will completely disconnect the battery via the negative battery terminal. I like what you are doing, and take it from a pro in vehicle electronics technician, you are doing great.
Hope you had a great time! And am glad you are back - I'm in the final planning phase before starting and am eagerly awaiting your upcoming videos. I'm looking forward to your heater install, wall install, cabinets - pretty much everything. Thank you for your great videos - they are very well done and I'm sure that takes a lot of time to edit.
Thank you! I am so proud of the dresser and can’t wait to have the fridge up high - it will be easier to find things and I won’t have to bend down every time to load and unload it🙌🏼🤩
You are truly an inspiration and amazing what you have accomplished! I am probably never gonna do a van build but have often thought of doing a home built camper and gained many ideas from the videos. If you haven't done it and ever get a chance, I would highly recommend driving up to the top of Mt. Evans, CO. It is awesome! I have drove up and biked up many times. Thanks for the videos!
This is the best Van building videos on UA-cam!! I'm dreaming of making my own, and watching this made me think I can do it😊 You answering all the question's I have. I have also wondered why everyone drills hole's into the metall😅 I don't want rust. Thank you!!
Thanks for the update….I was following your progress and I was wondering but it’s good to know your still at it in the background. Great work so far so kudos!!!
Love how detailed you videos are! We've decided to do a self build ourselves after watching your videos. I've no doubt that it'll be difficult but you make it look easy 😊😊 Thanks 👍
I've watched a few of your videos now and I find you very inspiring! Love your work so far and look forward to seeing more of your videos!! I really want to do a 4WD Van build where I live down here in Australia so I can travel more of this beautiful country. Also want to travel more of the USA one day too.
Let’s get going! You motivated me to get back to the van conversion project (one of many). Now, I am starting to catch up with you! Well, at least I am progressing. Yesterday I made five box joint drawers from 1/8 ply (very light) (that each turned out square) and strong enough. Since I have a CNC, I am obligated to put some highly cryptic but socially charged design that extends over all five drawers fronts. Any ideas will be appreciated. Your hiatus is over! Jack
My wife and I are new van lifers, and we love your videos. We're researching our van security system now. Do you have any videos on your van camera security system, or which do you recommend ?
Hey! Great question. This is on my list of things to research so I don’t have any insight or recommendations right now. But, I do know there are different options like cameras (inside and outside the van), temperature sensor (helpful if you have pets in the van), glass break alarm (if someone tries to break in a window) etc. Hope this helps!
How did you tap into the fuel from your van? I'm still using the side loaded bottle for my fuel and when it gets cold, I'll be needing to fill up several times a day. I'd love to get tapped into my shuttle bus fuel system.
Great question! There is a fuel auxiliary tap that you put onto the top of the gas tank which is located between the driver and passenger seat on a ProMaster. Remove that section of flooring, unscrew the metal cap beneath and then add the tap. My heater video won’t be out for some time so I’m the meantime I would recommend checking out Vanlife Outfitters video and buying their kit so you have the right parts. Hope this helps!
Great question! I removed them from the openings and then disconnected the wiring entirely. They did sure any purpose to me and would have been in the way if I kept them.
After my travels in September I’ll have the following states left: Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming🤗
@@NathanMalnaa I went to Glacier National Park. No blogs or travel videos yet but once the van is done I will be creating those types of videos going forward🤗

You seem to have the work and personal endevour life most adventurous people dream of.
Living my best life 💁🏼♀️
Glad your back ...!!
Me too🥰❤️
I only can say thank you with tears. It’s just my husband said he would pay for it. But, I would have to do it my self. Now I believe I can
You can do it!! I believe in you.

Only two days on overhead cabinets?
Yup, two days of prep work. I connected the units today. So 3 days for the carcass. Time to paint and poly then install😄
Hey, You Forgot to Mention the Dog Bed Installation; However your Dog I see prefers Not laying in it.
Hahahahaha thanks for the laugh! How could I forget about mentioning Paisley🫠
