Stop making God and Life Complicated! Steward Well Over what you have in your hand Now ...Master it! Live a Life that God desires to Use you because He Trust you!

I downloaded the book because of the interview. I love that Travis talked about stewardship to the little things in our day to day life must be mastered in order for God to trust you with more. Thank you that really freed me about how I approach God in prayer. Amen😊

My biggest takeaways: 1. Be a faithful friend of God. 2. Seek God and His plans for your life. 3. Be grateful for your now and steward it well. 4. Trust that God is preparing you for your future. 5. Be someone God can trust. 6. Allow the vision to motivate you, but don’t idolize it. 7. Good stewardship and character development go hand in hand. 8. Planning is crucial but don’t overthink it. 9. It’s okay to make mistakes along the way, in fact they help you learn and grow (so don’t get stuck beating yourself up for it).

This was soooo good! My biggest takeaways were 3 points that I heard from Travis.
*We are loved by God - be grateful. It is a blessing to be cherished yet not taken for granted. God's love should motivate us to love & live to please God even more.
*Used by God - God can use anyone & anything yet it does NOT mean you are approved by God. Examples: God used a donkey to speak to Balaam because of his pride, turned Nebuchudnezzar into a wild animal, God used a great fish when Jonah ran away from God. God used these people when they were not being obedient to God. Yet God knew others would come to follow him because of these events.
*Trusted by God - because of being a good steward of the little, day-to-day, things God has already blessed you with. He is preparing you/us for bigger plans he has in store. When we are faithful with the little things, in His time He may bless with even bigger things. Live your life in humility before God & He will bring the blessing, most likely in a way we are completely unaware of.
I can't wait to read the book! Thank you Chrystal & Travis for sharing!

“You’ve been praying for what God can do and overlooking the things that you are responsible for doing.” All I can say is ouch and amen. I just bought the book and I so appreciate you my sister for having him on your platform. Game changer for my spiritual growth!!! 🙏🏾❤️

“A prayer without a plan is just wishful thinking” hit me so hard I’m still rewinding and in tears…oh GOD is so faithful! Someone just offered to do something big for me financially bc I literally live paycheck to paycheck and I pray about EVERYTHING as we ALL should and the Lord told me to tell that person no because I wasn’t ready to handle it. God bless this person’s heart! They belong to JESUS and maybe there is a place for it later, but the Lord told me no! My goodness! That statement for me is a game changer because I wonder why so many things seem held up and truly the Lord has told me before some stuff He wants me to handle on a smaller scale OR just be more responsible in some areas before He moves…I LOVE HIM! I WELCOME HIS CORRECTION! Praise God for this time with Bro. Greene. 😊☝🏽☝🏽🙏🏽✝️

My take away is I had to learn it's not my timing but God's with that being said His time I can't even comprehend so once I surrender to His will and plan for my life then I can walk by faith and not by sight knowing that every step I take I am following Him so that I can endure this race while sharing the Good news of Jesus not just by words but by living the word whole heartily. Amen❤

👋👋👋👋👋👋 Pastor Travis, thank you! This conversation is soooo needed! The takeaway was the example of David and being good at where you are and not being focused on getting "THERE", but being focused on stewarding your NOW well. That was an eye-opener and a game changer! Thank you both for this convo. I was truly blessed (and my toes hurt, but I'll be alright!) lol

Wow. This was SO good. I think the part that stood out to me was, "Can God trust you?" 😮‍💨 We often place the burden on God to direct us to the "next" place but often only use that as an excuse for not wanting to finish the assignment He's placed right in front of us. The here & now work is often unglamorous and requires us to die to ourselves daily, which is HARD. But this was such a beautiful reminder to simply go back to what is right in front of us and ask God to give us grace and practical strategies to manage those things and finish them WELL before worrying about what comes next.

What hit me in the forehead was when he said to stewart where I am! Stop trying to get there when you ain’t even made your bed! How about I’m laying on my bed and I had not made my bed in over a week! Say ouch!! It made me wonder at how I think too! I liked the use me Lord part too! Ask myself can God trust me? Me should want trust! I also enjoyed the David and Saul examples! Get great getting prepared! Stewardship is the key!! This blessed me!! Also somethings I had asked God in prayer, was answered!

    1) Stewarding what you currently have with excellence and 2) stewardship in the little things prepares you for the big things. Also the statement "I can't even trust you to be a janitor if your car isn't clean" stood out in my head as one of the examples Pastor Travis used about lack of stewardship. (I had to get my car washed after hearing that...) Thank you for this episode!💯

Great, great, great interview! This was such a bullseye 🎯 interview that it didn’t have to be long. I loved every minute. My takeaways are longer than what I actually penned in my journal but the first one is to stop eating French Fries 🍟 😂. Glad I made my salad today. #2 everything is “steward-able. #3 - accepted by God and being used by God is two different things. #4- (MOST IMPORTANT) can we be trusted? Oh yeah - #5 is “preparation is the reward of stewardship.”
Travis Greene just confirmed that having that kind of clarity can make most messages more concise. 🎉💜
