So, they all literally just found out in that show how much they all will be deducted on their paycheck from Cube. Soyeon now makes royalties on all the songs that she produces, which is all of Gidle's songs, so she is beyond fine, but for some of the other girls something like this might sting a little more than others.

Btob just recently finished all their military services, pentagon has seen a tiny bit of growth after hui was on BP999 and both lightsum, nowadays, and their trainees have more money to put to growing since lightsum and nowadays are rookies and the trainees will need lots of training and natural talent to compete with the rest of 5th gen kpop.
Interestingly enough when it comes to crazy expensive music videos i remember looking into some of Bigbang's back in the day because there's so much use of practical effects, on site shooting and cinematic film, i remember reading that the members would foot the cost of producing the MVs in that the company, YG, would pay at the outset but as the song was released the cost was paid back by the members in full.
Super Lady MV was so expensiveand breath takingly stunning, but i so wish that - if even in a studio version - they extended the song, it just ends far too abruptly for me.
That's why they can survive so long and thriving in the company. Other groups in Cube don't do as much as g-idle (or maybe they are not allowed), so they at the mercy of this shit company.
