I had to pause the video, and google what a wether, and Nanni goat was. OO god, i gotta google how much is pounds converted to United States Currency. I live in New York, USA, and I am from a City not the country, so i don't really have a clue about farm, country life, and terminology.
In theory yes you can but there are better goats for this as Pygmies are usually meat goats. If you want something similarly sized dwarf Nigerian goats work well
