I really love this series - you have so many decks I’ve never seen anywhere else! I also love how honest you are in your opinions and how you work(or don’t work!) with each deck. That little round RWS is so cute! More round decks should be small.
yes agree! I love round decks - as long as they fit into my hands. The Kim Krans archetypes oracle is also small now, but I don't want this, but instead the alchemy oracle, which is hexagonal, so I don't know if that might be hurtful in small size. But still, I'm waiting for that one to finally come out as a small size. (The big one has too much packaging for my taste - box in box ... ).
I have a box of stuff for "emergency gifting", to open only when it's gift giving season or someone's birthday, saved me a lot of trouble! Might work for you. Another thing, for those decks that you like but rarely use, they can go on a "mystery pile/box" where you take one deck to read sort of "blind folded" and see where that takes you ❤
Loved this - you have quite a few decks I've never heard of/seen. Will you be listing in your Etsy shop? Do you still have your shop? I didn't see it linked in the description. ❤
Wait... what?! I had no idea the compendium of constellations deck has a guidebook 😲 is the guidebook you're talking about the one for the new mass market version? cuz I have the version of the deck with the keywords like you, and have always been wishing there was a guidebook for it! I've never seen the 4 worlds tarot and the artwork on that is pretty cool 😊 thanks for sharing Cody 💛
Thanks for pointing it out 💛 I wasn't paying too much attention to the business/name of the creator when it was first mentioned... definitely won't be getting it knowing it's by the same person mentioned in the end!
I love Compendium of Constellations & also love astrology and honestly... read it in an entirely non-astrological way, just with keywords. I really like it because it feels pretty balanced, with some keywords that aren't common; I'll use it in a spread with one tarot and one oracle card for each position. I've also used it to inspire spread positions. ...also w in tf about the issue you discuss at the end!!! I am not on FB and had no idea, but that's gross.
The creator of witch folk says he's from the Ukraine but actually lives in California. I ordered a first edition of witch folk that never arrived. When I contacted him a month later, he sent me a bootlegged copy shipped from Los Angeles. The cards stock is garbage, they weren't linen and they had the title watermarked on every card. And yes the images on the cards are tradition Slavic myths and legends. Dark Synevyr is a scammer. There are all kinds of posts about him on Reddit.
I was given the 4 Worlds Tarot but it doesn't have the guidebook. The 2 extra cards confused me and I couldn't find info on it. I have mixed feelings about that deck but also don't want to get rid of it.
I just worked it out, Fountain Tarot is the Queen of Swords deck. In it's history, the Fountain Tarot had its heart broken and it locked it far away, that even the Fountain can not reach. Its cold as ice. Very intelligent though, just not emotionally. As intense emotions have no value. 👀.
Soror Tzadkiel. I can't beleive we lost her to intolerent xtianity. I bought the Rota Tarot Classique and it's different, but just as Golden Dawn/PFC as the one you have. She did good decks. I hope she comes back (to the light )
I really like you're channel mainly for your humour and candour but this is just lazy. I think there is an increasing clamour to know about how youtube tarot readers actually practice and what tips they can give beginnerss - that will be my approach anyhow, theres a place for unboxings etc but not in way that dominates videos, maybe that's what your doing by clearing out your decks but I don't know. Doesn't take much to just show a bunch of decks 🤷♂️
It's ok to make exactly the video you want to make on your own channel. Taste/ needs/ video preferences varies from person to person. I for example have no interest at all in watching beginner tips, but watching deck declutters and listening to the criteria of why people bought a deck, and what makes them keep or discard it, helps me to control my own purchases. They make me think about my own criterias, and apply them to the decks on my wishlist. "Lazy" videos like this one have saved me a lot of money, and therefor I'm grateful for the people who decide to do this process on camera and share it.
@@Jo_-_-t.a it's an opinion yes but i'm still trying to be kind, I think she has one of the best channels going, it's a totally unique take. I just think she's better than this she says she has 25 years as a reader would be great in that case to see some tarot.
I openly chuckled every time a deck hit the floor-reminds me there’s no need to be quite so precious with my own decks
Not gonna lie, I winced sometimes!
@@nmw-sweet lol I naturally wince and then chuckle from me wincing
I love your review of the decks, honest and yeh I’m keeping that. So like me, you make me giggle so much, thank you 😊

That Natural Ink Tarot is a beauty.
You have some lovely decks. I keep meaning to start sorting through mine and I just don’t get round to it. Look forward to the next video 🩵
The creator of that legend of zelda deck came out with a super cool star trek tarot recently. They make really creative decks!

…and the guidebook is in the box, which is in another box. 😅
Omg omg! I was Just thinking about this part 2 and wondering when it'd be uploaded. I'm so excited!

keep care, that 4 world tarot seems to be by the same business that is discussed at the end, so in case you want to buy it, research well...

I can help you translate the russian titles of your Shadows deck, if you want.
