if you jam a paintbrush tip in your coolant nosle, it can brush a film of coolant on your part that you're cutting without the bastard thing flying all over the place
Every place I've worked using an adjustable spanner on any machine Cnc or manual was definite no no get literally hammered for using an adjustable if my boss found an adjustable he would go ape shit they do more damage to heads then anything else especially on Cnc machines when you have to buy OEM bolts becomes very expensive
Need to make new tool holders like you made , but can't find the correct video. Plates supplied by friend but you milled the holders . Please advise. Great videos, watch you constantly. Roger

Even in 1970, we had Nylon bearings in the 'dead steady'. Live 'steadies' included roller bearings.

when centre drilling crank the speed up i always centre drill at 645 rpm that seem to work well
