a combo of feathers plus using hot glue is going to mean there absolutely will be moop. feathers break down easily in the best of conditions, and a festival is far from the best of conditions. If you were using vegan feathers (those ones that you create with fabric and yarn + liquid starch) and other materials, though and you used a glue like E600, you'd be fine though.

I can confirm that it's not fall out or melted from sticking by hot glue really long lasting

How do you clear out the hot glue out of the wax melter?
You can peel it out after it's cooled. Hot glue doesn't stick to ceramic, glass or vinyl.
