SSF2 0.9b/CMC+ MODS: Bamelin/Buizel Release! (Pokémon)

The long awaited (or maybe not, I don't know) release for Bamelin and Skorgla for Super Smash Flash 2 is here and he comes with extras a Crusade/CMC+ version on top of a fan game of mine that involves him.
The Crusade version was originally going to be part of the official vanilla roster, but I pulled him out when his development was essentially finished due to reasons I don't want to detail here.
Special thanks for IP:Lee for recording and BSPD for the SSF2 version's pixel art.
