Just FYI, blue lenses in the water boost the blue colors all around you causing eye fatigue. You might see better with polarized bronze sunglasses, which will mute the blues and boost contrast.
Looks like a good day out. I was out near you last week for a few days. Caught a couple red drum, a gray trout, a black sea bass, and bunches of sharks. Had mullet out the wazoo where we were camping. Hope to get back out there real soon and try again. Thanks for taking us along.

$100 for a good jigging rod is an absolute steal. Also, my kayak survived Helene. Lol.

how do you always manage to find these big drum in the middle of nowhere what do you look for on the sonar to indicate the drum might be there?
Anywhere there’s structure there’s drum around here. But more than drum…flounder
