Visitor entry instructions for Queensland Parliament

We look forward to welcoming you to Queensland Parliament.
To make your visit as smooth as possible, please follow this instructional video to enter through the Parliamentary Annexe via Alice Street.
If you're arriving by vehicle, our convenient drop-off point is at the Parliamentary Annexe driveway. For those requiring accessibility, a ramp is located on the left side of the driveway entrance.
As you enter through the guest entrance on the right, our friendly security team will be there to provide instructions and guide you through a quick security check. Once through security, our attendants will be on hand to assist you with the registration process.
Depending on the nature of your visit, there are two check-in desks. If you're attending an event or a meeting, make your way to the left. For those enjoying a high tea experience, dining at Strangers’ Restaurant, or visiting a Member, the check-in area is on the right.
During registration, please provide your current photo identification. In return, you'll be given a guest badge sticker. Remember to keep this badge on throughout your visit-it's your key to a seamless experience.
As you bid farewell, please use your badge to sign out. Our attendants will be available to assist you. We look forward to welcoming you back to Queensland Parliament in the near future!
