For financial products, formal education is required and to get job in a Bank, almost minimum requirement is CSC course, Canadian Bachelors along with Canadian experience of Banking, which also won’t guarantee a decent job in current market situation. Restrict your content as per the knowledge you have and it’s a white collar job you mentioned.
