They were the opener on the I am the Empire tour for Kamelot. I felt bad for Sonata Arctica having to follow them. Noora is a beast.

Yes. And their song "Fight, Kill, Die" sounds just like "Ram it Down" . I love JP so BB is a great throwback sound to me.

damn this is catchy... I feel like a bearded guy wearing a viking costume, swinging a scythe, holding a crystal ball and riding on a motorcycle. Too catchy to be confused about the item overkill.

Yeah, that line is a bit tricky. Thor couldn't have conceived himself obviously, so Odin must have hooked up with _another_ Thunder God somewhere, like Set or Zeus, possibly on a vacation or a conference.
The Rock Office It could be Magni Thorsson, god of brute strength, but he is a son of thor, not odin. "Born to kick your ass", though Magni and Mođi both survive ragnarok (another lyric is "sworn to fight and die"). Regardless, this is one of my new favourite songs. the melody is fantastic
Yeah, the mythology in the lyrics is a bit mysterious (which is totally fine, this is not a dissertation after all), but it fits perfectly and I totally agree with you, it is a great song!

gerry1893 yeah, but it's kinda like how Amon Amarth did tributes to AC/DC, Motörhead, Judas Priest and Black Sabbath by doing songs in their styles. It's not a cover, but it's meant to be a nod in Sabaton's direction

I love the Sabaton influences in this album, it's not only this song but we will fight too, in the end of that song you can listen a chanting pretty similar to those ones you can listen in any Sabaton song, both are my favorite bands and it's amazing when your favorite bands are this way of partnership.
