I'm not fully familiar with Islamic scripture, but as far as I know the Dajjal will claim to be Jesus himself. Now they believe that the Dajjal's eyes are blind or injured because he gave them up for great magical abilities, which he will use to decieve. Now people would of course question why Jesus's body would be scarred or blinded, but I think Dajjal would use the story of the crucifiction to his advantage to explain the situations. Quran was written 600 years after the Bible was written. Mohammed lived 300 years after Christ. Why would you listen to what someone has to say about Christ if he lived 300 years after him.
Well even if he isn’t the same in scripture he’s still a pretty bad guy in both religions. In Islam he’s said to proclaim justice while committing injustice, proclaim peace while committing violence, and proclaim divinity while he is nothing but a man. No need to debate, Christians believe the rapture is close, Muslims believe qiyamah is close. On that day god will tell about that of which we differed in opinion. I'm not fully familiar with Islamic scripture, but as far as I know the Dajjal will claim to be Jesus himself. Now they believe that the Dajjal's eyes are blind or injured because he gave them up for great magical abilities, which he will use to decieve.
Now people would of course question why Jesus's body would be scarred or blinded, but I think Dajjal would use the story of the crucifiction to his advantage to explain the situations.

I agree but I am sure in their religious book it states that there are false religions that will form in the future which is our current present day and people will follow it so Christians, Jews and Muslims think that each other’s religion is false and their own is the “truth”.
