This is completely correct. Everything she says in this video. From treatment method, to the cream being cold on the scalp. I have psoriasis and eczema on my scalp, and she is spot on!
I've had some scalp eczema lately! there's so many things out there claiming to help and they're all so pricy, what can you recommend that you know brings relief?
@@AsmrAmurana honestly, go to a dermatologist if you can. I get it extremely bad on my scalp, and switching to all free and clear soap, shampoo, and laundry detergent really helped along with a topical steroid
Ive got Scalp psoriasis too, seems to be hereditary coz my Nana & dad had it, I've got it & my son has just started having flare ups. For us all it seemed to really get going in our teens, apart from a slight few patches here & there during infancy. I've still never found anything that properly works. I was going to ask if you had any recommendations but Im in the UK so i don't know if the same treatments would be available.
@@AsmrAmurana invest in a silk pillowcase for sure. they are great for hair & skin in general, but a bonus for eczema prone folks like us!
@@heleninglis9961 please refer to a dermatologist! There are various scalp conditions that can create itchiness, irritation and "dandruff" so it's important to have an accurate diagnosis so that you can treat and manage the condition accordingly! Not everything is psoriaris, and even if it is it's important to rule out other non-skin symptoms that can also occur in psoriaris. Wish you the best!

@snicky58 hm some Eczema can be based on weather or seasonal change it usually leaves on its own but its important to brush it out and hair oils can help it depends on ur scalp which u have to talk a doctor or ur local nurse/GP. I know this because my sister had it like 3 times.

@@snicky58 I suffer from eczema on my scalp and I use a mixture of head and shoulders itchy scalp shampoo and Pantene 3 in one shampoo and conditioner, I tend to do two shampoos and one condition and I brush my hair in the shower as well because I feel it helps, also when you are showering/washing your hair cooler water can help ,washing your hair in cold water can help with itching and sensitivity I find. My second to last tip would be don’t wash your hair more than three times a week as it will aggravate it and then it gets itchier and more sore, and my final trick would be trying to be good with what your eating especially if yours is worse with allergies like mine 😊

I used to have really long hair, but because it's thick and wavy, I had a tough time managing it, so I cut it into a pixie cut. Now I'm growing it out, and I have an above-shoulder-length bob, and I'm already struggling with the frizziness etc. I also had a huge problem with hair loss, and my hair is already falling out in clumps when I run my hand through it. The only reason I'm not bloody bald is because I have thick hair. My hair gives me a lot of anxiety, and your videos have always calmed me down when I feel like I'm losing control, so I just wanted to say thank you!
