Hi, I'm German and live in England for 6 Years now. I'm so jealous when I see all the nice german chocolates. Miss them. Alex did a really good job with his german. Well done. Love your videos. X
2:10 that wasn't an easter bunny, it's Felix the bunny ( in german: Hase Felix), a charakter in a children book. This reminds me a lot of my childhood, Felix and his owner (a little girl, i forgot her name) were one of my childhood heros 😍
The amount of work that it takes to put all these videos together is so appreciated while we are all stuck in the house. Thank you again for your hard work. Your videos are so upbeat and positive. You both are hilarious, and I’ll say it again - you being so much light and joy to the world. Stay healthy and love to the family and crew!!!
True, finally someone who didn't put in nasty stuff and licorice just to see people suffer 😅. But some of these things I haven't seen before, where does he live?
I have been drinking out of mason jars my whole life. My grandmother always had them, because she canned a lot of her vegetables from her garden. She grew up in the Great Depression so it was more economical to reuse them I'm sure. Every Sunday when I was growing up we had large family dinners and would drink sweet tea from those jars. Several years ago I bought a set, and we've been using them ever since. They're very nostalgic for me. 😊
Thank you so so much for the upload, this has really helped to distract my mind. Really struggling at the moment as I play several sports, but now having to work from home and no sport and seeing no friends or boyfriend has got me struggling. So distractions like this is PERFECT!! ❤️
So so happy to hear this video has helped. Sorry to hear you are struggling at the moment. Just try to remember that this won’t last forever and think about how amazing will seeing everyone after this is over be ♥️
I just love to see you enjoying German candy :) So glad we still have UA-cam and lots of candy during this crazy time! Stay healthy, happy und hopeful!
Hope you and Alex are well during this hard time ,stay safe 🙂! Love watching your videos, also being stuck in doors all day! Makes me happy and also Making me hungry! Love from 🇨🇦
I recently came across your channel and I am obsessed with your tasting videos. I don’t know what I will do with my life once I watch them all. I normally deprive myself of fun snacks. With everything going on in the world right now and keeping myself entertained with your videos, I’m going to eat the damn cake and love every second of it. Stay well!
What an awesome box ... lots of fun Easter Goodness in there, it is fun to see how different each country is for these types of holidays in their creations of treats. Thanks for sharing this one with us, that was fun.
Love, love this video! I lived in Germany for 8 years and this makes me miss the candy. No where else has candy that good. Lol sorry Kate and Alex, I haven't tried British candy yet, so I don't mean any offense by this comment, it's just Germany owns a piece of my heart. I love watching your videos.
An Easter 🐣 tree sound like a great idea ! 👍. The raspberry bunnies are made by Lindt for some European countries. What a lovely and thoughtful box. I’m late again, but am eating a chocolate white watching you both lol 😂. Enjoyed the video so much and thank you 😊💕
It’s like a beautiful white twig tree my nana and grandad have and it’s filled with pastel egg decorations. It’s so lovely. Oh awesome. Didn’t know that Lindt did those. Hope you enjoyed your chocolate while watching ☺️💕
Lynda Bond The Lindt chocolate is actually not from Germany 🇩🇪, but The Lindt chocolate is actually and original from Switzerland 🇨🇭, by the way my friend 🙂😎✌️
Jonathan Thomsen - Hi 👋. Actually the company’s full name is Lindt & Sprungli and in the USA it’s manufactured in Stratham New Hampshire with the main headquarters located in Kilchberg Switzerland 🇨🇭. The company has been in business since I believe 1845 for mass production 😊
Thanks for the great video. We are in need over here in the US of good nice video to keep us distracted while on lock down. It's a scary time for us here and it's nice to see your smiling faces with a fun video. Those chocolates looked yummy. Still want to see a viewer send you a variety box of see's chocolates. They are my favorite of all time. Especially right now. You can get eggs filled with all kinds of yummy things
Back to feeling hungry so had to eat the last of the chocolate in the house! I love these tasting boxes with just the sweet stuff and the Germans certainly put on good Easter treats. Can I just comment on Alex’s hair coming through the front of his cap - bit of a unicorn vibe. If you hadn’t mesmerised me with German chocolate I’d have been mesmerised by the ‘do’!
That looked like a great bunch of goodies! Man, back in the 70's-80's in college every bar we went to used nothing but mason jars to serve drinks in, so after I graduated I had my own little collection to use. Good memories. I hope you and your family are all well.
We use the same jars at our house and have for years now! I’ve dropped so many and haven’t broken one yet 🤞🏼🤣 until I said that now! 🙊. What a great box Marco sent! Please be well Kate, Alex and family! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I absolutely love your enthusiasm and this is a dangerous video to watch when you've already had too many sweets and you want more after watching this! "Life is a choking hazard ".... wise words to live by my friends

Love the video guys! I always look forward to them 😀 the advocaat in those eggs are what we put in the christmas drink called a Snowball, usually put with lemonade. Shops also sell snowballs in little bottles at christmas time 😁 xx
Really great video! That was some interesting candy! I love it when y'all spontaneously sing! It's so chummy. I wonder if drinking from Mason jars is a southern thing. I love to drink from a Mason jar & have done it since I was a child. I've always loved that you two used Mason jars. Alex's was so extra! Lol
Thank you so much! Hehe we love breaking into song 😂Yes a few people have said this actually. It's so great drinking from the isn't it! haha he was so funny with the massive jar. That had peppers in 😂
I just ordered a box from you guys! I’m so so excited! I love watching your videos! I have never tried candy or chocolate from another country other than my own! Very exciting! Keep up the amazing videos! 🍻
USA here, love all your tasting video's! Even the regional USA ones are interesting since alot of items aren't available countrywide. I would find it interesting for you to make a box for yourselves of your favorite sweets and savories! Or a holiday candy one from England, you commented how your candy would be not as fancy. I have watched lots of tasting video's but never really seen much from the UK represented. Stay safe and thank you for the fun distractions!!
Yay so glad you enjoy watching them all. Even the ones fro the US! I love how the different states have their own unique things to try. We have done a few Uk taste videos but we should definitely do more, good idea ☺️
The Mason jars as drink glasses are a Southern thing. I grew up in Indiana but moved South 10 years ago and we see it often here. That is why you saw the jars with sweet tea on the Duck Dynasty. Although it has started to move North.
Love your videos! Wishing I could taste all this stuff and your stuff too! We aren't even leaving home or getting take out locally right now. In Indiana, USA

That was a great candy box!! I like German chocolates!! I would love to have a German Easter candy box. Maybe even some British Easter candy. Hope you two are doing well with this Coronavirus pandemic going on. Stay well! Great video!
@@ThisWithThem Well, I'm getting better after a month of sickness from that dreadful virus, thanks!! This is the worst sickness I've gone through. Please take care and stay well! ♡♡

@This With Them Growing up in the midwest, our kitchen cupboard was full of glass peanut butter jars that we drank out of. Like you said, if one got broken no big deal. I think it is or was more of a small town/country thing to do. never heard of anyone that grew up in a larger city doing this.
This box looked awesome. I would love to try some of these. I have tried your Cadbury Chocolate box at Christmas time. My Mom loved the pieces I gave her for Christmas, and i discovered I don't like aerated chocolate. ;)
When you guys talked about Easter products for kids, it made me think of the US. That's how it is here too. It doesn't mean that adults can't eat Easter candy, most of our candies (chocolate bunnies, fake Cadbury Creme Eggs made by Hershey's, Reese's Eggs, etc....) are just marketed towards children. I have yet to find any candy with alcohol or that is sold in fancy boxes or anything like that.
Yes that is so true! Doesn't mean us adults shouldn't eat them but it's very much about the bright colours and sweet flavours! Yeah! I'll have to look out this year to see if we get anything like that in our shops
Someone should send you an Easter box from Finland (I'd send you guys one but I'm broke af). If ya want to get jealous, Google Fazer Mignon egg. Also, thanks for providing fun content during these crazy times. Stay safe!
I highly recommend watching Kate’s video on making what I used as an Easter centerpiece last year. Kate, could you remind us what video that was ? I got more compliments on that than my meal 😊. I use my mason jars for vanilla sugar by putting a vanilla bean stalk in the sugar 😋
Ahh yes I forgot about that! I’m so so happy it went down so well! The video is called- How to make an Easter Wreath. ua-cam.com/video/l5iAsGuY6yM/v-deo.html great use of the mason jars 👌🏻
This With Them - Thank you 😊. I think I’m going to make it again this year as I will be going somewhere else. That’s if this virus is gone. I do hope and pray your all well ❤️
This With Them - I’m doing good now. Nutty from being confined. But we all have to do what we can. Thank you to you and Alex for the fun and enjoyment you bring 💕
I live in Illinois. We use mason jars. Plus pickle jars, jelly jars, pretty much any glass jar that can be reused. I don’t even think my grandma uses regular glasses. Lol.
I would love to have some bunny shaped after eight dinner mints. They are the coolest things ever, at least to me anyway. I've had Olster chocolate before but I got it in America but I didn't realize it was German. I believe I got it at Target. Keep safe and have a good week.
Hi Kate and Alex ! The whole water jar thing is not everywhere in the USA , the ones who are asking about it probably do not live in the area where it is common. Too bad for them . Anyway , i love to see what jars you use . I always wonder who will have the bigger one lol . I actually got my bf mason jar wine glasses as a gift once and she loved them . Happy Easter to you and your family , stay safe and healthy . Love u guys .
Yes good thinking! Might have been more of the city’s in America we have visited! Ah yay I’m glad you enjoy seeing them ☺️ Alex definitely won this time 😂😂 mason wine glasses. That is so cool! I’ll have to look out for som! Thank you so much Lainie. Happy Easter to you and your family too! Stay safe and well ♥️♥️ lots of love
Every time I watch one of these videos I have to stop and compare the size of the country to my State of Oklahoma. I’m such a geography dork. Germany is 1.97 times the size of Oklahoma. I’m addicted to the website Mapfight lol. I love all of your videos. I’ve been watching them for almost two years but I didn’t understand what subscribing meant😂. I have several sleeping disorders so I don’t get much sleep. Watching Your videos are a fun way to spend a sleepless night. Stay safe
The Easter bunny on the card is Felix The bunny. It’s a series for kids in Germany and it’s so adorable. I loved it as a kid !! Google it. Maybe there’s a Version in English !
These chocolates look sooo good!!! I gave up chocolate bars for lent so I miss eating chocolates. Soon I will get to have a bit of chocolate. I’ve only had mason jars given to me for my drink at a restaurant in New York called Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger and I loved it! It’s not so commonly used here and not at home. But like why not? I think it’s great you use them. They are useful when ur required to drink water a lot. After my kidney transplant I could’ve used these since I was required to drink a lot of water. Thank you for posting this video and thanks to Marco for sending the box. I’ve never seen these so it’s exciting to see new candy and chocolates.
They were so delicious 😋 ah no way. Well done you. I did that once it was so hard. I hope you enjoy your first chocolate once lent has finished. Yes definitely more used in restaurants. Thank you 😀 yes they would have been really handy for after your transplant!
This With Them ugh yes giving up any type of candy is sooo hard. Usually I just keep at giving up meat cuz I feel like since I hate fish and seafood it’s an actual sacrifice not like people who already love fish lol. Thank you I sure will enjoy my first chocolate when lent is over and I can have Easter chocolate!
HEY YOU TWO! I DON'T THINK THERE WAS ONE THING OUT OF THAT BOX THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO TRY. IT ALL LOOKED DELICIOUS AND I JUST LOVE THE CHOCOLATE FROM GERMANY. WE HAVE ALDI'S SUPERMARKETS HERE AND IT IS A GERMAN BASED BUSINESS AND THEY CARRY DELICIOUS GERMAN CHOCOLATE AND DURING THE HOLIDAYS....THEY HAVE ALL KINDS OF GERMAN TREATS....IT IS A MUST STOP DURING THE HOLIDAYS. YALL LOOK SO SPRINGY AND BEAUTIFUL WHILE YOU WENT THROUGH THE SPRING GOODIES. THAT BOX WAS GORGEOUS AND SO EASTERY. I LOVE THAT YOUR GRANDPARENTS DO AN EASTER TREE. ONE YEAR MY DAUGHTER AND I LEFT OUR CHRISTMAS TREE UP AND CHANGED IT FOR EACH OF THE DIFFERENT HOLIDAYS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. I LOVED DOING THAT SO MUCH!!! LOVED YALL SINGING THE MILKSHAKE SONG....YALL ARE THE BEST!!! THANKS FOR KEEPING ON KEEPING ON DURING THIS TRYING TIME IN THE WORLD. SURE LOVE YOU GUYS!!! STAY SAFE AND STAY INSIDE......HUGS......JANE
Hey Jane, haha it really was a delicious box. You would have loved it! Ah that is awesome you can get German treats from Aldi! That is so awesome that you left your tree up and changed it for the different holidays. Love that. We love you too Jane! Thank you for watching and always being so lovely in the comments .Hugs back 💗
🐣 Marco sure sent a tasty package ! The little bunny ornaments are really cute ! A restaurant in California and I believe in Texas used to always have Mason Jar glasses. It was a gold miner theme restaurant. I had a large one that had a handle formed in the glass , from Mason . Our Easter is looking a bit less traditional this year. Because See’s Candies are closed because of the virus. We always have their decorated chocolate eggs in our baskets 🧺. Don’t know if they will reopen in time or not. But I am now going to eat a Russell S. Coconut & Almond Egg to dampen my sorrow for now . Easter blessings to Marco , Kate and Alex and your sweet subscribers ! 🐇
He sure did! Very lucky!! Ahh that is so awesome!! Such a shame isn't it! Makes us realise how much we need to appreciate everything. You go fancy at Easter!! I hear See's is very good. Hehe I hope you enjoyed your Russell Stover Egg. 💗
I live in Germany and it's very interesting how much do you love our candy. For me, it's nothing special especially there are seasonale candy that taste much better! I LOVE our Christmas candy but I really like our non seasonal candy too. I would love to taste your candy's, but ya obviously there is no option to travel to England right now. Sadly.

Love that and love that we are not the only ones! It's such a good ideas I don't know why you wouldn't!
This box looked awesome. I would love to try some of these. I have tried your Cadbury Chocolate box at Christmas time. My Mom loved the pieces I gave her for Christmas, and i discovered I don't like aerated chocolate. ;)
It was such a great box. Ahh yaay I’m so glad she loved it! Oh really haha 🤣
Love these unboxing videos ❤️ love you guys!
Yay thank you so much ♥️
This With Them Your welcome ❤️
Someone should send you an Easter box from Finland (I'd send you guys one but I'm broke af). If ya want to get jealous, Google Fazer Mignon egg.
Also, thanks for providing fun content during these crazy times. Stay safe!
WOAH! Just googled it!! That looks amazing. Such an awesome tradition. G;ad you're enjoying our videos.
Northrhein-Westfalia is in the very west (Dutch border)
Enjoyed watching this! Everything looks delicious. My Mom and I sometimes drink from a mason jar too. We love Duck Dynasty.
Thank you Amy! 😀 ah yaay it’s the best isn’t it! Alex and our dad loved Duck Dynasty. They even bought T-shirt’s haha
You are welcome and yes it is! One of my brothers and my parents and I loved watching Duck Dynasty.
Alex! Your moonshine jar! I knew you were a good ole southern boy!
haha
I love all Easter candies and sweets 💗
Me too! Easter always has so many awesome treats 💗
@@ThisWithThem especially chocolate eggs with filling.... :)))
Thus video looked so good. My family mainly drinks from Mason Jars, they are amazing for any beverage.
Ah yaay! I’m glad to hear that! I was feeling strange when people kept saying how weird it was 😆
I highly recommend watching Kate’s video on making what I used as an Easter centerpiece last year.
I do hope and pray your all well ❤️
@@lyndabond1570 Hope it goes well!! You are so lovely! Thank you Lynda! Hope you are well too ❤️
This With Them - I’m doing good now. Nutty from being confined. But we all have to do what we can. Thank you to you and Alex for the fun and enjoyment you bring 💕
we have similar ones to the meringue eggs from Haribo. I remember getting them every year as a child.
I had never seen those before! So cool
It was nice. To see you both
I live in Illinois.
Yeah they were so awesome. Had never seen or heard of that before. Oh cool! Thank you Brandon. You too 🥰
Hi Kate and Alex !
Omgaahh the marshmallow eggs🤤🤤🤤
TO CUTENESSES I LOVED THE CUTE LITTLE BUNNIES
they are so cute!!
The bunny sticker in the card is not just any bunny. It is Felix and there a ton of children books about his travels.
Happy early Easter, Kate.
Thank you Byron! Happy Easter to you too 🐣
The bunny on the card was Felix! I have all of the Felix books.
AH IT'S FELIX (the sticker) xD the nostalgia ahh
Das Bild von Marco 🤣 Totaler Abschuss!
10:08 The Lübecker marzipan has more almonds and is premium quality.
I have so many mason jars that we drink out of. I live in Illinois but grew up in Texas.
Sadly.
hello from germany, your easter bunny on the card is felix, he has a whole series of books, films, toys, he is famous. be safe
You guys are so respectful and positive. Not even the tiniest joke about the Dickmanns.. Really nice video.
My dad used to buy jelly jars that had handles on them and we would just clean them up once the jelly was our cups
I love you guys
We love you too Susan
In Shakespeares Era, some people said not good eggs, but ayren- Eier in german.
Yes froche oster is happy easter
Thank you 😀🐣
Frohe Ostern
the little cactus is tipping over, the one in your shelf box thing
