I don’t think hullaballoo needs a buff or nerf I think he’s balanced, they just need to buff and nerf other characters to shift the meta that’s all perhaps rework a few maps like lakeside
The best of the best in the chinese server ban him… which is the best server in IDV. I don’t think they have skill issues and I know they’re likely better than you by tenfold. If a character is good in low, mid, and high tier, then they’re just a good character in general.
