Today, I learnt, how coconut palm jaggery is made.The way the rope is tied to the tree to enable, the climber to climb safely is really fantastic. A method which others must learn. It is the first time, I am seeing a climber using this method. Making the dodol is a very tedious process. It was so nice, of your two little darlings assisting you. I would give them a big hug if I am there. You must be very tired. You reminded me of my grandma and my mum, who were very persistent, in preparing cakes which were very time consuming.
