Sorry to hear that. It didn't happen to mine. You are correct - careful maintenance helps to extend the period of use. On the other hand, it could be a model with technical problems. I can confirm that Bosch entry level products do not have the same quality as premium ones.
I've been using mine for over 2 years now and it still works perfectly. You just have to clean the filters once a month and repalce them after a year or so.
the one you called "switchable floor nozzle" is actually for carpets, and the other one you tried initially on the carpet is actually for hard floor - the reason why it failed this way on hard floor and on carpet - you used the wrong nozzle for both :-D
@@dorg99 Tiring clean the filter all the time. This is okay if you only use to scrumble food in the kitchen but not for big cleaning in my experience. 😁
Thank you for watching! If you have an area as an apartment, it is very good. Easy to use. If you have a larger area, let's say a house, you will need a higher, more powerful range. (It will work, but I think it will wear down much faster.)
Барахло , это диверсии а не пылесос . Вся причина в круглом белом фильтре за черным поролоном.. есть два вида этого фильтра ткань как здесь или типа hepa ..с hepa лучше ....а вот этот тканевый если намочили то он перестает фильтровать... неудвчная конструкция фильтра

You should return the vacuum cleaner. It is probably still under warrenty

Only works in high performance level for 2 months, we didn’t even use for heavy cleaning. 🙈

I always remove exhaust filters. I want the hot exhaust air to go out faster from the turbine
