I go on this charter 6-10 times a year., The boat is old and slow (7-8 knots), but so are we, so our group loves it. The trip is very scenic, with fishing as a bonus. It's mostly snapper, with gurnard, trevally, kahawai mixed in. It is well worth it for the experience.
Thanks for sharing brotha. I definitely agree. People often complain about the boat being slow while knowing it is expected from this price point. As for the fishing, fishing is just fishing. Sometimes we catch, sometimes we don’t. 🎣🇳🇿

With a peaceful mindset, not expecting much, and just enjoying your day, you will be fine no matter what happens. Upset comes from our expectations not meeting reality. I happen to go there at the Thames (with another, more expensive charter), but the catch is not as people say. We end up only catching a few, like most people on the boat. Fishing is just fishing, you will catch at the right times with a right method. I have tried different boats here with different prices, and if I only care about experiencing the fishing and learning how to get better at it, at the cheapest price available, this charter is my go-to, to be honest, no matter what other people say.
