Not every client will go with cloud, ebs is still supported till 2030, we have to till next year about future release of ebs, both will exists, but cloud is the future. There are many models of implementations which will make to use ebs, like co existence, or implementing one module in cloud and other in ebs, so both will exists, but we have to learn new skills always.

You can't install Fusion ERP in the laptop, it is available only as SaaS environment, accessed via URL.
