Can you do a video of a non happy flow eg when they ask for a time thats already booked in? I would be interested in how that is handled. Also what if theu are calling to ask for help or warranty work

Hello brendan, is there a way to reduce latency on the AI voice agent? Because it sound really like a robot not human, or should I add to the start of the conversation “hello I am AI assistant”?
I recommend our clients to state that its an AI Assistant. At this stage its not exactly undetectable and issues are prone to occur. The goal should be automating the inquiry process to help both the customer and the business, if you can solve that then the realisim is not a requirement.

Choosing different combinations of LLM & voice providers can do that. However, the lowest latency that I have seen is 750ms
